NotWallet is built so your cards, receipts, and related information stay on your devices under your control.
We do not operate backend servers that receive your library, photos, location history, or any other data. There is no NotWallet account to sign into, and we do not run analytics SDKs that send your usage to our systems.
Your data is stored in private app storage on your iPhone (and, when you use it, on your paired Apple Watch via Apple's encrypted Watch Connectivity between your own devices). If you use iCloud Backup, Apple may include app data in your device backup according to your iCloud settings — that is between you and Apple, not a separate NotWallet cloud service.
Data leaves your device only when you take an action that exports it, for example: Share, AirDrop, Mail, Files, or the app's export feature. Import reads a backup file you choose; nothing is sent to us during import.
Card summaries sync between your iPhone and Watch using Apple's system APIs. That traffic stays between your paired devices.
Widgets read on-device snapshots needed to show counts or labels on your Lock Screen or Home Screen. They do not send your library to us.
Handled by Apple's system. We do not receive your voice or a copy of your library.
When you use "Share to NotWallet" from another app, only the content you choose is passed into NotWallet for local processing.
Card images and text recognized from them are processed on device using Apple's Vision APIs and, on supported devices, Apple Intelligence. No images or recognized text leave your device.
The App Store "nutrition label" and iOS Privacy Report reflect APIs the app uses (such as location). That is required transparency from Apple; it does not mean we operate cross-app tracking or collect your content on our servers.
NotWallet is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
